Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer that time slot to other clients. Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. This fee will be automatically deducted from your next appointment or can be paid at the time of cancellation. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services.
